Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, intermediate or higher title; more than 8 years'experience in financial management in electronic industry; 2. Practical experience in joint-stock reform and good communication skills; 3. Strong financial expertise and bank financing ability; 4. Organizational and grassroots leadership ability, familiar with large enterprises. Financial management, familiar with office software; 5. Good communication skills, familiar with tax, industry and commerce, foreign management, customs, industry and trade and other government functional departments of the process and preferential policies; 6. Familiar with financing business, bank settlement, letter of credit, international business; 7. Familiar with high-tech enterprise declaration, review, ERP module. Proficient in application, financial budget, execution with rich experience; 8. Familiar with performance appraisal operation process and other financial related management work; 9. Experience in listed companies is preferred.
